Eye on Malaysia

Right. Just checking a few things off before that 10 days comes to an end.

The eye on Malaysia. The largest portable ferris wheel in the world and the first of its kind to be built on a lake.. An effort by the malaysian tourism board to imitate the eye of london bring a new perspective to the dynamic city of Kuala Lumpur. 60 meters high above the Lake Titiwangsa, the ferris wheel offers a spectacular view across the lake and the city of Kuala Lumpur. Right.. Who am I lying to.. The night view OF the ferris wheel is pretty spectacular, couldn't say so for the view from the gondola itself. The view onto the lake is pretty much pitch black. However, If you're so happen to be interested in structures like someone I know, the rods supporting the ferris wheel is pretty much well lit and visible.

The eye is a short 15 mins drive from subang jaya towards bulatan pahang near setapak, if the traffic is on smooth flow. It takes RM15 for an adult or RM8 for children below 12 to get a 12 mins ride on the ferris wheel. And rm120 to get the whole cabin all to yourself.

Conclusion, for those who wants to see a great view, maybe you should take my friend's advise and go for a daytime ride.

Now for some pictures..

The Girl that was so excited to go but sat right to the other end of the gondola for the first 10 minutes.. -_-

Another view of the ferris wheel on the lake
