up since 7.30am

Having to sleep at 4 yesterday, under normal circumstances I'll usually be back in bed and sleeping within 10 mins at this hour..

But today I'm done with breakfast and my dosage of caffeine and nicotine..

I've also woke up with a sore eye, have a feeling I slept on it last night..

Now this is new..
